Personalised jewellery orders may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please take care to check the wording you have entered as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards, if I spot what I think is a mistake I will of course get in touch, however it is your responsibility to check for mistakes prior to payment. All Victorious jewellery is crafted by hand not made by machine, the majority of my collection is meant to look distinctively handmade, rustic and organic Hand stamped items are meant to look hand stamped and as such not all characters will be perfectly straight
I offer an exchange of my non personalised jewellery only, personalised or bespoke pieces cannot be exchanged. You are welcome exchange items up to 14 days from purchase date in original unworn condition and in all original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required. Exchanges may be made of the same value, if the exchange exceeds the original value you will be required to pay the difference. Unfortunately I am unable to offer exchanges on earrings due to hygiene regulations
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchasing providing the item is in original unworn condition. Proof of purchase will be required. I advise that you send any returns via a reliable tracked and insured method of posting eg. Royal Mail Special Delivery. I can not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Exchanges will be returned in the original packaging unless exchanging for a different item, the cost of re sending the exchanged item will be at the customers expense

Returns are subject to a £5.00 restocking fee, this contributes towards the cost of postal packaging and the jewellery packaging.

If your item is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault on arrival please get in contact immediately for an exchange or repair. Any damages that are a result of general ware and tear more than 3 months after purchase at not considered faulty.
All of my jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase, during this time I am more than happy to replace or repair any damages or defects that have occurred during normal use and care.
